UFC title bout
The Ultimate Fighting Championship, or UFC, organises matches in Mixed Martial Arts, which – as the name suggests – a combination of different combat sports. To compete in a certain division, a fighter has to weigh in at or under the maximum weight limit on the day prior to the bout. All matches consist of three rounds, with the exception of title bouts and the main act, made up of five rounds.
Each division has a ranking of the 15 best fighters with a champion at the top, who's the holder of the UFC title. Once fighters have sufficiently proven themselves, they can earn themselves a title bout against the reigning champion. Among men, the current champion in heavy-weight class is Francis Ngannou. Among women, the current champion in feather-weight class is Amanda Nunes. Would you like to bet on the next UFC title bout? At bwin, you can bet on all major matches and tournaments in the MMA and of course also all UFC title bouts.
